Four core services, flat written pricing, and one crew that handles all of it from the first cut in April to the last plow in March.
Weekly or bi‑weekly, edged and blown every visit.
Six‑step NJ turf program with grub control.
Bed edging, mulch, pruning and planting.
Spring, fall and every storm in between.
The service most people call about. We mow at the right height for the season, alternate the pattern each week so the turf does not rut, and leave every hard surface blown clean before we pull out of the driveway.
Bi‑weekly service is available, though during May and June growth we recommend weekly — skipping a week in a wet spring means we are removing more than a third of the blade, which stresses the turf.
New Jersey turf has its own calendar. Our six‑round program is timed to Somerset County soil temperatures rather than a national schedule, which is why the first pre‑emergent goes down in March and not in May.
All applications follow NJ Department of Environmental Protection rules, including the fertilizer blackout window. We post the yard and leave a written summary of what was applied.
Beds are what people actually see from the sidewalk. We cut a fresh spade edge, pull what should not be there, and lay double‑shredded hardwood mulch at a depth that suppresses weeds without smothering roots.
Mulch is quoted by the yard, delivered and installed. A typical Hillsborough front‑bed refresh runs 4–7 yards.
The two jobs nobody wants to do themselves. Fall cleanups are hauled away, not blown into the woods, and snow customers are on the route before the forecast even lands.
Snow contracts are reserved on a first‑come basis each October because equipment and routes are locked before the season starts.
Real ranges for Hillsborough properties. Your quote is measured, written and flat — these are here so you know roughly where you will land before you call.

Ranges reflect 2026 pricing for Hillsborough and surrounding Somerset County towns. Steep grades, heavy tree cover or restricted gate access may adjust the final number.
Bolt any of these onto a season plan and they land on the same monthly invoice.
